Outreach to Children Experiencing Homelessness

Using case management, our partners build relationships with children experiencing homelessness between the ages of 5-20 years old. Once we’ve been able to assess the child and family, we bring everyone together to talk about coming home.

Reuniting Families

Reuniting a child with their family isn’t where the work ends; it’s where it begins. We practice responsible reunification, which means we’re committed to seeing placements work and fighting for families to stay together.

If a child leaves home post-reunification, we’re having a search party with the family because every child matters to us.

Empowering Families Together

The only way for us to ensure long-term success of our time spent investing in families is through sustainable interventions that value a family’s independence more than their dependence on us. We want to see children and families graduate out of our programs.

Every child and family is unique, we use case management to ensure that needs and interventions are aligned for sucess.
