Before we start working with mothers, we assess and evaluate the level of financial literacy a woman has. Based on her level of competency, we are able to cater our services to her needs. We provide access to the necessary financial literacy trainings. After a base level of financial literacy is proven, we are able to teach small business management skills.

Services provided: Financial literacy sessions, training in household budgeting and savings.

Through sessions focused on small business management, we support women to develop their own business plans. Many of these plans start small, ranging from $10-50, with hopes to repay the initial investment or loan, and repeat the process with gradually higher amounts.

Services provided: Small business management training, access to affordable business consulting services, access to financial resources and opportunities, direct employment, access to employment or training opportunities, access to start-up capital or microloans.

Ultimately, it is our hope and dream to see women graduate through our program with increased business skills and knowledge allowing her to bring further financial wealth to her family and community.

At this stage, the services provided are only occasional monitoring and consulting as needed. We want to see women and their families independent and thriving! In some cases, we will provide access to larger loans or business equipment in hopes to see women expand their businesses.
